Who we are

Rincón del Malbec is a small, family-owned vineyard nestled in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, created from a love of wine and a desire for a simpler, more meaningful life. The project was founded by Horacio, who after years working in the mines in Australia, chose to leave it all behind in 2022 and return to what truly inspired him — the land, the pace of vineyard life, and great Malbec.

Here, everything is done with care and intention. We focus on small-scale production, allowing us to stay close to the vines and craft wines that express the character of the region. Our vineyard is not just a place to make wine, but a peaceful retreat designed to be shared.

Alongside the vineyard, we offer four intimate cabins set among the vines — a romantic and tranquil escape for travelers seeking authenticity — and a restaurant rooted in Argentine tradition, where asado and local cuisine are enjoyed the way they should be: slowly, generously, and paired with our wines.
